Hazelnut
The hazelnuts for this schnapps are mainly grown in Turkey. Depending on the year and harvest, 10-15% come from Bavaria.
In addition to the freshly grated hazelnut, the nose features nuances of black cherry and nougat. Lightly toasted accents predominate in the mouth. This wonderful schnapps is harmonious and balanced, with subtle nuances of nougat lingering what feels like an eternity on the palate and captivating the senses.
The fully ripe, highly aromatic nuts are first toasted, then marinated in alcohol (macerated). Subsequently, after several months, the mixture is distilled according to the spirit production method.
We use only pure fruit and nuts, no artificial flavors or colorings.
